These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Caremax Mobility website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if there has been a pricing error. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

Payment

We accept payment via credit card, debit card and other methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Caremax Mobility does not store your credit card details.

Quoted and invoiced orders, including NDIS plan-managed, insurer, Home Care Package and EFT orders, are paid by PayID or bank transfer using the details on the invoice. Goods are released once payment is received, whichever way the order is funded. By accepting a quote you agree to purchase the goods on the terms stated in it.

Caremax will never change its payment details by email. Call (02) 9525 3231 to confirm before paying.

NDIS Purchases

Caremax Mobility is a registered NDIS provider. For NDIS-funded purchases, please contact us directly to discuss your plan and arrange appropriate documentation. Quote requests submitted via our website will be reviewed by our team and a formal quote provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product descriptions — is the property of Caremax Mobility and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Caremax Mobility is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
