Shipping
In-Stock Orders
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment being received, with expected delivery of 1–5 business days Australia-wide. Invoiced orders are released once payment is received.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email with an anticipated shipping time.
P.O. Boxes
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required for all orders.
Delivery Charges
We deliver Australia-wide using a standard service, direct from the supplier’s warehouse to your door. Delivery is charged once per order, for the largest item in it, and shown in the cart before you pay.
- Small items (daily living aids, reachers, cushions, mats, shower chairs and stools, toilet seats and surrounds, rollators): $19.95.
- Over-bed tables: $34.95.
- Medium items (transit wheelchairs, utility and day chairs, standard commodes): $49.95.
- Large equipment (lift recliners, mobility scooters, power chairs, hoists, tilt commodes): $129.99, delivered.
- Avante products: delivery is quoted at checkout for your address.
- Homecare beds and bed and mattress packages: not sold at checkout. Request a quote from the cart and we will quote delivery and installation together. Showroom trials can be arranged on request.
These are capital-city prices where the supplier has a warehouse in your state (Sydney for most of our range; some suppliers also dispatch from Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and other capitals). Regional addresses are priced for your address in the cart, never below the prices above.
Interstate (the supplier has no warehouse in your state): small items $29.95; over-bed tables and medium items are priced for your address, from $59.95; large equipment is priced for your address. Every product page and the cart show where it ships from and the estimated business days.
Where a freight price cannot be confirmed immediately, the standard rate is charged and the freight cost is confirmed with you before dispatch.
Professional set-up and handover for large equipment (lift recliners, scooters, power chairs, hoists): available at the cart for $99.99. Our team will unpack, assemble and set up the equipment and demonstrate its use. Available in Sydney metro only; please contact us for pricing in other areas.
Orders shipped in multiple parcels incur no additional charge.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items supplied in accordance with the buyer's order can only be returned with the express approval of Caremax Mobility. To request a return, please contact us in writing within 7 days of shipment, quoting your original invoice number.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In their original packaging with all paperwork included
Restocking Fee
Incorrectly ordered items incur a 20% restocking fee on the invoice total.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Made-to-order and customised products (cushions, lift chairs, beds, wheelchairs, ramps)
- Hygiene-related products
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for all return freight costs. Warranty returns must be delivered to our warehouse at the buyer's expense.
