Equipment that is prescribed, not just bought
Complex rehab power wheelchairs, custom seating and other specialised equipment have to be matched to the person using them. These products cannot be ordered online. Instead we come to you, assess your needs with an assistive technology professional, and run a scripting trial so the equipment is specified, funded and set up correctly.
How it works
- Enquire. Tell us about the person, the equipment you are considering and how it will be funded (NDIS, My Aged Care, DVA, insurer or private).
- Assessment. We arrange a visit at home, at your facility or at our Prestons showroom, with your OT or physio if you have one.
- Scripting trial. You trial the equipment, we configure it to the assessment, and the prescription and quote are written up for your funding body.
- Delivery and set-up. Once approved, we deliver, fit and hand over the equipment, and stay on hand for adjustments.
