Trial lift chairs, beds, pressure care and mobility equipment with the person who will be using it. Trials are arranged on request at our Prestons showroom, with in-home trials available for selected equipment across Sydney metro.

Preferred trial location

At our Prestons showroom Compare several options side by side, including our full bed range. Unit 2, 4 Progress Circuit, Prestons NSW 2170. Allow approximately 45 minutes. Please arrange transport to the showroom (quoted separately) At home, Sydney metro Lift chairs, wheelchairs, walkers, pressure care and daily living aids, trialled in the home where they will be used. Allow approximately 60 minutes. Beds are trialled at our showroom; delivery and installation are quoted separately. In-home trials are available for selected equipment, subject to availability. For locations outside Sydney metro, please contact us to discuss options.

What happens next

1. We review your request

Our team will review your request and respond within one business day. Where a trial is not the most suitable first step, we may recommend a showroom consultation or a formal quotation.

2. We confirm your appointment

We confirm a suitable time and prepare the requested equipment, along with any alternatives we recommend.

3. Trial, then decide

There is no obligation to purchase. If the equipment suits your needs, we provide a formal quotation, including delivery and installation where required, and assist with NDIS, Home Care Package and DVA documentation.
